Chilli Lobster Pasta...
A nice large part prepared lobster from the
fishmonger. Some nice pasta and some herbage, seasoning, small baby
tomatoes and chilli & Garlic are all you will need
to make this fantastic dish.
In
a large pan of salted water, boil your lobster for around five to eight
minutes depending on size. Meanwhile in a wok-style pan, fry off some
butter, garlic, olive oil, thyme,
chopped baby tomatoes until wilted down. Add salt and pepper and live to simmer.
Seperate
the lobster tail, claw and body, the meat should be diced and added to
the sauce mixture whilst the body of the lobster should be kept for a
serving vessell. Finally add
90% cooked pasta to to the pan, and
coat the pasta in the sauce. Serve in the body of the lobster with the
claws for decoration. Great with crusty bread and balsamic vinegar
