Great Home made Rocky Road Chocolate...
Choc rocky road cake
Melt some 70%
cocoa chocolate in a bain marie (bowl over pan of boiling water will
do) and add crumbled rich tea biscuits, marshmallows and roughly mix
together.
Push this mixture into a baking tin and add melted chocolate over the top. Dust with Icing sugar and leave in the fridge to set.
