Tagliatelle & Egg Pasta...
Chopped mushroom, peas, panchetta/bacon, mascapone,tagliatelle, butter, mascapone
Melt butter in pan, add panchetta to crisp, add chopped mushrooms & peas, add mascapone, salt & pepper,
Add cookd tagliatatelle, parmesan over the top
Chop
panchetta into cubes with Portichini Mushrooms. Pan fry in butter. Now
make the Spaghetti, and add a little of the water to the sauce pan, mix
three eggs and add
to the cooked pasta quickly whilst stiring to cook. Add to the sauce pan and add salt, pepper, parmesan and some chopped parsley
Great with crusty bread and a nice bottle of White wine. (Sin-cerre would be ideal)
