Stir fry
Chopped steak
Red/green/yellow onion cut into strips
Green beans, red onion
Bean sprouts,mushroom
Baby sweetcorn, mange tout
Pea snaps, diced carrots
Or premade box
Hot wok, pre sear steak until brown
Fry off garlic, ginger, butter groudnut oil, add stir fry veg. Add meat
Serve with egg noodles, season to taste
